During a recent episode of Podcast P, which is presented by Wave Sports + Entertainment, LA Clippers chairman Steve Ballmer revealed an innovative plan he's working on for Clippers games. In an attempt to fill the new Intuit Dome with more Clippers fans, Ballmer said the team is working on a Clippers season pass that can only be transferred to 3-4 people, which he believes will result in less opposing team fans in the arena.

"We're working on a Clippers season pass," Ballmer said. "You buy a season ticket, you sell it if you're not going. I don't like that. That's how we get the other teams fans. A season pass, like Netflix, you can share it with 3-4 people. You can't sell that."

As Ballmer mentioned several times throughout the podcast, many of the Intuit Dome's innovative features like this will also be some of its more affordable options. While there will of course be premium pricing for a lot of tickets, Ballmer and the Clippers are working on other ways to make sure there are affordable options at the Intuit Dome for all fans.

While Ballmer did not reveal too many details about this innovative season pass, it sounds like the plan is for it to serve as an affordable option for Clippers fans that also results in a higher ratio of Clippers fans to opposing team fans at Intuit Dome games.
