Parker, 28, last played in the NBA with the Celtics in 2021-22, appearing in 10 games. The No. 2 overall pick by the Bucks in the 2014 draft, he has also spent time with the Bulls, Wizards, Hawks and Kings.

He suffered a severe knee injury early in his career and has not been as productive since. Parker is the son of former NBA player Sonny Parker.

Johnson, 26, appeared in 30 games with the Spurs last season, averaging 5.8 points and 3.2 rebounds. He shot 53 percent from the field and 45 percent on 3-pointers. San Antonio waived him on Feb. 12.

Johnson signed with the Spurs in December after being waved by the Jazz before the season. He was acquired by Utah as part of the trade with the Lakers involving guards Talen Horton-Tucker (from the Lakers) and Patrick Beverley (from Jazz to Lakers).

The No. 8 overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, he has also spent time with the Pistons, Pelicans and Raptors.

Phoenix looking to add veteran talent around its new Big Three of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker and Bradley Beal, but has fairly limited financial flexibility to do so, perhaps leading to the workout of veteran free agents who could be signed for the minimum.
