Thunder handle Kevin Durant-less Nets, 130-109

The Oklahoma City Thunder have one of the worst records in the NBA, but managed to dispatch one of the best teams with ease Thursday night, beating the Brooklyn Nets, 130-109.

Brooklyn sat Kevin Durant to give him rest and the team was also without Kyrie Irving, who still hasn't appeared in a home game this season. Still, the Thunder were on a five-game losing streak and were underdogs in the matchup, although they looked anything but after the tip.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the way for Oklahoma City with 33 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists. He was complemented by Luguentz Dort, who added another 27 points.

The Nets got 26 points and nine assists from James Harden, but he didn't get much help outside of 21 points from rookie Cam Thomas.

Brooklyn fell to 26-15 with the loss and into a tie with the Miami Heat for the second best record in the Eastern Conference. The Thunder improved to 14-27.
