The Denver Nuggets are still favored by many to win the Western Conference despite the emergence of some serious challengers. While Denver has one of the more complete rosters in the NBA, there are always improvements that can be made.

In a recent article from Bleacher Report's Zach Buckley, Indiana Pacers center Isaiah Jackson was proposed as a logical option for the Nuggets. This is a hypothetical proposal from Bleacher Report as opposed to sourced reporting, but Jackson could fill a need for Denver if the price was right.

Playing just 13.6 minutes per game for the Pacers this season, Jackson is not heavily relied upon by Indiana, but has shown some flashes of ability when given the opportunity to play extended minutes. Denver could use some additional center depth behind Nikola Jokic, so perhaps a player like Jackson is somebody they could look at.

For teams like the Nuggets, the trade deadline is often for marginal moves that address potential depth concerns. While Denver could make a move that brings in a new rotation piece, this is a team that is mostly set when it comes to the players who are getting regular minutes on a nightly basis.

One of the best teams in the NBA, Denver is in a good spot right now, but could still look for some minor upgrades at the deadline.
