Video emerges of Warriors' Draymond Green punching teammate Jordan Poole during practice

The Golden State Warriors are two days away from their preseason opener and will tip off their 2022-2023 regular season on Oct. 18.

Not all is sunshine and rainbows for the defending NBA champions though, as it was reported Wednesday that the team was considering disciplining four-time All-Star Draymond Green for his role in a "physical altercation" with teammate Jordan Poole during a recent practice.

On Friday morning, a video was released of the incident.

Green and Poole have reportedly gotten into verbal altercations in the past, as Shams Charania of The Athletic noted that arguments between the two at practice are regular. The Dubs reportedly had to stop the practice after the incident and Charania wrote on Wednesday that "internal discipline is imminent."

Both general manager Bob Myers and head coach Steve Kerr addressed the incident on Thursday, with the former saying "It's the NBA. It's professional sports. These things happen."

"Nobody likes it. We don't condone it, but it happened," Myers added.

The general manager told members of the media that Green apologized to the team on Thursday morning, that any discipline would be handled in-house and that he "doesn't think" Green would miss any games due to suspension.
