The life of an NBA veteran on a rebuilding team can be a rough one. Playing time tends to be limited as the team wants the youngsters to get more chances to grow and develop while you get to be their mentor.

Terrence Ross just so finds himself in that position with the Orlando Magic. His playing time has gone down over the years and in 2021-22, he averaged the fewest minutes of his 6-year tenure with the team. Ross expressed his desire to be traded from the Magic after this past seasonĀ as he felt he was part of the old regime, but he still panicked, when someone commented on his stream that he was traded to the Clippers.

The whole situation was just hilarious as Ross almost fell for it as he claimed his heart dropped for a second, but he regained his composure by coming to the realization that his agent would have informed him about it. His wife ended up stealing the show, however, when Ross claimed he had no idea when trades can go through, as she told him "(You) f***ing play in the NBA, what do you mean you have no idea?"

You got to feel for Ross there, first with the fan and then his wife going at him like that. Despite seeming a bit apprehensive at that moment, we are sure he wouldn't mind a trade to the Clippers and they would love to have him too. With Kawhi Leonard back next season, the Clippers should be serious contenders for the title and Ross can give them a spark from the bench. He has averaged double digits in points in each of the last 4 seasons and would finally get a chance to contribute to a winning cause for the first time since his days with the Raptors.
