Watch: Rockets' Josh Christopher shows off hops in Summer League

If you're watching the Houston Rockets this season you're either a die-hard fan or a fan of their up-and-coming stars. The Rockets are in a rebuild. There's no doubt about it.

Players like Jalen Green and Jabari Smith Jr., the No. 2 and No. 3 picks in the 2021 and 2022 NBA Draft, respectively, make tuning in to the Rockets worth it.

Green and Smith are the marquees. Their high draft positioning demands it. With that said, don't forget about a young player like Josh Christopher, who the Rockets drafted late in the first round in 2021 (pick No. 24).

While he's not the headliner, Christopher is doing what he can in the NBA's Summer League to prove that he can play with the best of the best.

In fact, Christopher was all over the NBA's official Twitter handle on Monday night, and he deserved it. He provided two breathtaking plays, both proving that the former Arizona State Sun Devil has some of the best hops in the league.

Christopher averaged a healthy 7.9 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists as a rookie. He's a part of a young Houston core that appears to be one of the most exciting in the NBA heading into next season.
