Terrence Ross is coming off a year where he played for the Orlando Magic and Phoenix Suns

The 11-year NBA veteran averaged 8.3 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.5 assists per contest while shooting 43.0% from the field and 36.8% from the three-point range in 63 regular season games.

He also appeared in six NBA playoff games with the Suns, and they lost in the second round to the Denver Nuggets.

On Monday, teams around the league held media day, and Ross remains a free agent available to sign with any team in the league.

Ross is only 32 and is a reliable veteran to bring off the bench for instant scoring.

At this point, he could likely be signed for a veteran's minimum (or non-guaranteed) contract.

Therefore, it's surprising that Ross still remains available this late into the offseason.

Ross was initially the eighth pick in the 2012 NBA Draft out of Washington.

In addition to the Suns and Magic, he also spent the first four and a half seasons of his career with the Toronto Raptors

Over 11 seasons in the NBA, his career averages are 11.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists per contest while shooting 41.8% from the field and 36.2% from the three-point range in 733 regular season games.

He has also appeared in 47 NBA playoff games and helped the Raptors reach the Eastern Conference Finals in 2016.

Since the regular season begins in less than four weeks, Ross will be a name to keep an eye on.
