Washington Wizards guard Delon Wright is sidelined with a sprained left knee, the team indicated Saturday.

According to ESPN, Wright sprained his MCL and will miss four to six weeks.

Wright was injured during Friday's 124-117 loss to the Charlotte Hornets.

Wright, 31, is averaging 5.0 points and 4.4 assists in eight games off the bench this season.

Wright is in his second season with Washington. He averaged 7.4 points and 3.9 assists in 50 appearances (14 starts) last season.

In nine seasons, Wright has averages of 7.2 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 469 games (84 starts) with seven teams. He was a first-round draft choice (20th overall) of the Toronto Raptors in 2015.
