Wizards guard Spencer Dinwiddie placed in health and safety protocols
Earlier this week, both Rui Hachimura and Montrezl Harrell entered the NBA's health and safety protocols. It was reported Thursday afternoon that one of the members of the Washington Wizards' starting backcourt joined them.
Thomas Bryant, Anthony Gill, Aaron Holiday, Raul Neto, Bradley Beal and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope were the other Wizards players in the protocols as of late Thursday afternoon.
Dinwiddie is in his eighth NBA season and first with the Wizards. Through 29 games, he is averaging 13.1 points, 5.6 assists and a career-high 5.0 rebounds in 30.1 minutes per contest.
Washington is scheduled to host the Cleveland Cavaliers at 7 p.m. ET on Thursday.
