There are plenty of teams struggling in the NBA right now but no one can deny that there are many rising stars and legitimate talents in the league too.

In fact, it feels like there are more up-and-coming superstars in the league than maybe ever before.

Even some of the worst basketball teams have players who could be All-Stars.

Washington Wizards player Kyle Kuzma is well aware of the stars he is playing with, tweeting, “The league so talented right now man.”

Kuzma isn’t wrong – there are so many wonderful athletes populating the NBA right now.

But which of them will rise to the top and win the season?

Kuzma’s Claim

The season just started but there are already some players who are standing out above the others.

Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics, Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks, Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzlies, and Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns are just some of the NBA players making waves right away in this opening week.

But they are just the tip of the iceberg.

Even struggling teams like the Orlando Magic and Indiana Pacers and Detroit Pistons have players who are well worth your attention and time.

No matter where you look, there is at least one player who could be an All-Star at one point in their career.

This plethora of great talent will make 2022-23 all the more special and it’ll make the All-Star season particularly interesting, as the selection process for who plays in the games will be harder than ever.

And choosing who wins the end-of-season awards will also be very hard too.

This is a great problem, of course.

It’s terrific that talent is running wild in the NBA.
