Jayson Tatum expected to return against Bulls on Monday

Jayson Tatum will miss his fifth straight game for the Boston Celtics on Sunday due to COVID-19 protocols. However, it appears he'll return very soon.

Brad Stevens told reporters that he anticipates Tatum will return to the lineup against the Chicago Bulls on Monday at United Center.

Tatum first tested positive for COVID-19 on Jan. 9, and the Celtics have gone 1-3 in his absence.

The 22-year-old will give the Celtics a much-needed boost when he returns. Tatum is averaging 26.9 points, 7.1 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game while shooting 47.4% from the field and 43.8% from deep.

Several Celtics players have missed time this season due to COVID-19 protocols, including Tristan Thompson and Robert Williams, but they have since returned.
