Kevin Durant graces the cover of NBA2K22 for NBA 75th Anniversary Edition

Kevin Durant is on the cover of NBA 75th Anniversary Edition cover for NBA2K22, the first time a Nets player ever graced the game. Jason Kidd was on the cover of NBA Live in 2003.

The cover also celebrates Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Dirk Nowitzki, three legends of their respective eras, in commemoration of the league’s upcoming 75th anniversary..

Durant is no stranger to being a cover athlete for the NBA2K franchise. The Nets superstar was the cover athlete for NBA 2K13 — along with Derrick Rose and current teammate Blake Griffin — and was on the cover of NBA2K15. The 32-year-old took to Twitter to express the honor of being one of the three legends on the Anniversary Edition cover.
