J.J. Watt down to Titans, Packers, Bills, Raiders?
It appears J.J. Watt is narrowing down his list of choices for his next team. Tim Fuller-USA TODAY Sports

All-Pro J.J. Watt down to Titans, Packers, Bills, Raiders?

And then there were three...or maybe four?

It appears that could be the case as it pertains to the football future of three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year and free agent J.J. Watt

Per Andrew Fillipponi of Pittsburgh's 93.7 The Fan, NFL insider John Clayton reported on Wednesday afternoon that Watt has narrowed his choices down to the Tennessee Titans, Green Bay Packers and Buffalo Bills as his three most likely destinations. Clayton added, though, that the Las Vegas Raiders are seen as a "dark horse" to win the services of the All-Pro who turns 32 years old next month:

The Bills and Titans have been linked with Watt since the Houston Texans officially released him on Feb. 12. While Watt grew up in Wisconsin and reportedly wants to play for a contender, such as a team that competed in last month's NFC Championship Game, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported last Friday the Packers simply can't afford to sign such a big name who wasn't already on the roster at the end of the previous season.

The Raiders are interesting because they weren't a playoff team in 2020, aren't a couple of players away from hanging with the conference's best squads in a postseason tournament and are already facing salary-cap challenges

Last week, Cleveland.com's Mary Kay Cabot reported Watt was "seriously considering" joining the Cleveland Browns because Cleveland possesses both a playoff roster and ample available salary-cap space.
