2017 NFL Mock Draft, March 30 edition

Browns head coach Hue Jackson told the Cleveland Plain-Dealer that the team won't be trading the No. 1 overall pick for a quarterback. It seems all but certain Garrett will be the pick for the Browns, unless they trade back for more picks.

Thomas's stock continues to rise, with scouts gushing over his solid ability. A highly productive defensive end at Stanford, Thomas wouldn't have to go far to join the 49ers.

Despite a subpar combine showing, Allen's production last season doesn't lie. He would help all 32 teams, including the talent-deficient Bears.

The top safety on the board, Adams could find himself as high as No. 2 overall. He has game-changing ability to help a secondary.

The Titans have set out to revitalize a secondary that really struggled last season, while wide receiver is also a need that they could address with their two first-round picks. Hooker will likely go after fellow safety Jamal Adams, but he still has tremendous ability in a deep secondary class.

Matt Forte turned 31 in December, which is often the end of the line for running backs. The Jets would be well-advised to take the most talented player available, which many believe to be Fournette.

It seems like a foregone conclusion that the Chargers will take a quarterback in the draft with Philip Rivers getting closer to age 40. The only question now is when they will take one. They have plenty of needs, but the opportunity to take Watson could be too attractive to pass up.

Carolina's cornerback play was better than expected last season after failing to keep Josh Norman. It's still an area the Panthers could use more talent, and Lattimore is arguably the top player at the position in this draft class.

It sounds like the Bengals will keep Adam Jones around even after an eventful offseason, but they still need to get younger at the position. Humphrey gives them a chance to do just that.

A shaky combine performance has made Williams an inconsistent draft projection, though his size and on-field production certainly make him a first-round pick. Ultimately, if the tape outweighs his combine performance, the sizable Williams will go in the top 10.

Foster might have hurt his draft stock by getting kicked out of the combine, but he's still clearly the top middle linebacker available. He could immediately help a leaky Saints defense.

The clear top tight end on the board, Howard's stock continues to risk as a likely pick in the first half of the first round. Hue Jackson stated this week that he'd like more production out of the tight end spot, and drafting Howard would certainly address that issue.

Arizona will be looking for a long-term quarterback in the draft. Whether that's in the first round or later remains to be seen, but Trubisky would be in a good spot behind Carson Palmer with time to learn from Bruce Arians.

The Eagles will prioritize their secondary in a very deep draft for both cornerbacks and safeties. White is just one of their many options.

Bolles remains in this spot as the Colts will likely prioritize offensive line help and a running back to support Andrew Luck.

Charlton's fit is just too good for Baltimore, fulfilling a spot of need and going from Jim Harbaugh to John Harbaugh. He could help the Ravens' pass rush in 2017.

McCaffrey would add a multidimensional weapon that Washington could really use after losing DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon. He can contribute as the primary running back, as well as a receiver.

The speedy Ross would give Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee offense a big-play threat to complement their power running game. He's a perfect fit if the Titans are confident in his health.

Some scouts are especially bullish on Cook's ability, and it's hard to argue with his college production. Tampa Bay may address running back again after selecting Doug Martin and Charles Sims in recent seasons.

The Broncos are still on the hunt for an offensive tackle, so it seems almost a certainty that they will address the need early in the draft. The new face will play regularly in 2017.

With Ziggy Ansah's down year, Detroit should entertain adding some help for him. Harris has the edge rush ability to help the Lions.

The speedy Njoku is projected here for the Dolphins once again. He adds a receiving threat to an offense that was run-heavy last season.

A skilled pass rusher, Reddick could make a fierce addition to what's already a strong rush in New York between Jason Pierre-Paul and Olivier Vernon.

Peppers is one of the most polarizing prospects in recent memory, but for those who are high on his ability, he could even be a top 10 pick. He can help in a variety of areas, including safety, linebacker and kick returner.

The Texans seem like the destination for Tony Romo, but they don't have him yet. Regardless, Mahomes would give them a future prospect for the long haul.

With rumors that the Seahawks have been looking to trade Richard Sherman, cornerback is certainly on Seattle's radar. Jackson might not be a great fit in Seattle's defense, but he adds additional ability as a returner.

Jones helped his stock in the Senior Bowl and combine, and he was a highly productive college receiver. That should make him a great fit for the Chiefs, whose current front office regime has put heavy weight in the Senior Bowl week.

King is a possible target for the Cowboys, who could be desperate to add to their secondary after losing talent this offseason.

Lamp is the top guard on the board and has the potential to immediately replace T.J. Lang in Green Bay. It wouldn't be surprising if he's picked earlier than the Packers' 29th overall selection.

This would be far for McKinley to fall and a perfect storm for the Steelers as they look for a long-term James Harrison replacement.

Tabor's 40 time at the combine seemed like a fluke until he failed to exceed it in his pro day. Now his stock is falling fast, perhaps out of the first round.

With two first-round picks, the Saints have a unique opportunity to build up their defense. Conley comes from an elite Ohio State secondary and could help the Saints in 2017.
