The San Francisco 49ers are giving Spencer Burford every chance to play on Thanksgiving against the Seattle Seahawks.
But it does not look as if the 49ers' starting right guard will be able to feature in a critical primetime matchup in the Pacific Northwest.
San Francisco released its final injury report for a crucial NFC West encounter, and it indicates the 49ers will need to do some more shuffling on the O-Line.

Burford was again absent from the 49ers' final practice having been listed as DNP on the estimated report for Monday and then missing Tuesday's session.
Listed as questionable, the 49ers are still holding out hope Burford might be able to go. However, Kyle Shanahan's Tuesday's press conference served a dose of reality. Shanahan said Burford would have a chance if the game were being played on Sunday, hinting heavily that Thursday will come too soon for the 2022 fourth-round pick.
Burford's likely absence will be exacerbated if starting left guard Aaron Banks cannot play. Banks was limited for the second straight day after making his return to practice on Tuesday. He missed the wins over the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with turf toe.
His return would free up veteran Jon Feliciano to flip to the right side after filling in very well for Banks on the left. Should Banks miss out, then the interior of the O-Line will look be an extremely patchwork group. The 49ers could elevate veteran Jesse Davis to start at right guard from the practice squad. Feliciano could also flip to the right with new signing Ben Bartch playing on the left after signing on Tuesday.
Backup tackle Matt Pryor has some experience at guard, but the Niners will almost certainly be pinning their hopes on Banks being healthy.
Thankfully, the 49ers won't need to make any changes to the defensive line. Defensive tackle Javon Hargrave does not have an injury designation having practiced in full following a thumb issue. Similarly, the Niners won't have to find a replacement kick returner after Ray-Ray McCloud shook off a rib issue.
Despite practicing in full, it's unlikely either cornerback Samuel Womack III or rookie edge rusher Robert Beal Jr. will be activated for Thursday's game. They each had their 21-day practice window opened on November 6. The decision to either add them to the 53 or end their seasons should come in the days following the Seattle game.
