Linebacker Dre Greenlaw briefly exited the NFC Championship Game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Detroit Lions with a stinger but was able to continue playing. Wide receiver Jauan Jennings was evaluated for a concussion but was cleared to return.

Apart from that, the only other injury mentioned by head coach Kyle Shanahan in his post-game press conference was to cornerback Ambry Thomas, who suffered an ankle injury in the fourth quarter. At the time, Shanahan didn't provide any further details. However, the coach offered an update on Monday while speaking to reporters via a conference call.

Thomas is considered day-to-day with his ankle injury, which seems unlikely to put his Super Bowl availability into question.

Shanahan added that tight end George Kittle emerged with a toe injury and is also considered day-to-day.

The 49ers will take the next couple of days before practicing on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Next week, they will travel to Las Vegas ahead of the team's February 11 Super Bowl matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs at Allegiant Stadium. San Francisco enters the game in relatively good health.
