The San Francisco 49ers won’t soon get over blowing a 10-point fourth quarter lead against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIV on Sunday night.

San Francisco ended up falling by the score of 31-20 after after leading 20-10 with just over six minutes left. It was one of the most epic collapses in Super Bowl history.

That did not stop the 49ers from turning up at a post-game party the team held in Miami.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan noted after the game that he wanted every player to attend said party at American Airlines Arena, home of the NBA’s Miami Heat.

The players did not disappoint.

According to TMZ Sports, hip-hop stars Lil Wayne and DaBaby performed on stage. Meanwhile, Shanahan himself was seen dancing to Wayne’s music.

It might seem weird that a team is partying like this mere hours after blowing a double-digit lead in the Super Bowl.

Then again, San Francisco exceeded all expectations this past season. The team went from 4-12 to 13-3, earned the NFC West title and home-field advantage before running roughshod over the competition in the NFC Playoffs.

A party caps off what was one heck of a run.
