The San Francisco 49ers are hosting the Dallas Cowboys at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, in a much-anticipated Week 5 battle between NFC powerhouses. The Niners took the field without running back Elijah Mitchell, who continues to recover from a knee injury sustained during a practice on September 28.

Additionally, recently acquired pass rusher Randy Gregory is unavailable. He was in Santa Clara on Friday for his physical but has since returned to Denver for the weekend. San Francisco added the veteran defender via a trade with the Denver Broncos. Gregory is set to rejoin the 49ers on Monday.

Below are the 49ers-related in-game injury updates.

G Aaron Banks (biceps, questionable)

Guard Aaron Banks exited the game at the start of the third quarter with a biceps injury. He is questionable to return. Jon Feliciano, who spent this past week in the concussion protocol, replaced Banks.
