It looks like Penn State has found its new OC.
The Athletic’s Bruce Feldman first reported late Thursday afternoon that Penn State will be hiring Kansas’ Andy Kotelnicki as its offensive coordinator, and that report has since been confirmed by multiple other outlets.
Kotelnicki was at Kansas for three seasons. In that time, he transformed Kansas’ offense from one that ranked outside the top 100 to one in the top-10. The offense ranked No. 6 in 2022 and No. 8 in ‘23.
Here’s what the people of social media had to say.
