Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald went all out during the team’s victory parade for winning Super Bowl LVI.
He could not care less if he was shirtless the whole time while chugging some alcoholic beverages.
The three-time Defensive Player of the Year also played with the crowd by letting go of a celebratory yell and dancing with the spectators.
But now that he’s a champion, he will be living the life of the celebrity, especially because he’s in the city of movie and television stars.
Therefore, the first in what could be a long line of TV appearances was his guest spot on “The Late Late Show With James Corden.”
Aaron Donald Soaking Up The Spotlight
There was an interview between Corden and Donald.
Afterward, Corden had to challenge the seven-time First-Team All-Pro to see if he can become a quarterback as well.
The caption on this post from the show’s official Twitter reads, “Can a tipsy @AaronDonald97 still throw a football?”
Donald was obviously drinking before the challenge of throwing footballs through a suspended tire.
He loosened up a bit for the task by rotating his arm and performing some light stretching.
Then, his first three attempts were all over the place.
He was finally successful by his fourth attempt and shared a hug with Corden.
Going one for four isn’t a good start if ever he wants to become a quarterback.
Luckily, rushing the quarterback is his forte and he’s excellent at it.
He had 12.5 sacks during the regular season and 3.5 during the playoffs.
Two of those were against Cincinnati Bengals’ Joe Burrow in Super Bowl LVI.
His play in the game’s final minutes helped seal the victory for the Rams.
While he mulled retirement for a while, he declared during the victory parade that he will “run it back” with the super team.
