Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love Jasen Vinlove-USA TODAY Sports

We finally know the decision. Aaron Rodgers will go to the New York Jets next season. All that is left is to figure out the compensation. During his appearance on the "Pat McAfee Show," Rodgers shared a lot, including his thoughts on Jordan Love.

In the three years that Love has been under Rodgers, he has been nothing but accepting of his role on the team. He impressed Rodgers, and hearing the future Hall of Famer have such high praises for him should make Packers fans happy. Love has been getting a lot of praise this offseason from many people.

The Love Era Begins

Many people have reported how good Love has looked this offseason and in the limited time that he played last season. The fact that quarterbacks coach Tom Clements is back with the team is another good sign for his development. He made a huge leap under Clements and now has consistency in the quarterbacks room.

Love is not without weapons either. Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon are still in the backfield, and Romeo Doubs and Christian Watson will be back for their second years with the team. The offensive line also should be solid with the return of their entire unit.

It is sad to see Rodgers go, but I for one am happy for the Jordan Love era to begin. The 2023 season just got a whole lot more interesting for all NFL fans.
