Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett exited Sunday's game against the visiting New England Patriots in the fourth quarter with an apparent left shoulder injury.
Garrett stayed down on the field after sacking Patriots quarterback Bailey Zappe and was helped off the field by trainers. He was on the injury report all week after sustaining arm, shoulder and hand injuries in a car accident last month.
In the first quarter, Garrett sacked Zappe to become the all-time sack leader in Browns franchise history. His two sacks brought him to 63.5 for his career.
