The Saints are not expected to have Alvin Kamara in the lineup when they take on the Falcons, according to NewOrleans.Football's Nick Underhill. Kamara is dealing with an ankle injury that he suffered in last week's win over the Bucs late in the first half. He did not see the practice field at all during the week, and we were told this week by Dennis Allen that he was making progress. However, he won't go.

Allen said that the team was going to take things up until the last minute for Kamara, but not having him in the lineup will certainly be a little more challening. New Orleans called up Jordan Mims from the practice squad and Kendre Miller is questionable today with an illness. Jamaal Williams will be the primary attack on the ground with some Taysom Hill sprinkled in.

It's pretty straightforward for the Saints today. They have to first win and hope for some other things to happen in order to get into the postseason. A Panthers win over the Bucs would give New Orleans the division, and if that doesn't work they'd have to hope both the Cardinals beat the Seahawks and the Bears beat the Packers.
