Current AEW wrestler Anthony Henry had recently suffered a broken jaw. Despite his absence, his merchandise is doing well on ShopAEW.com.

A couple of weeks ago, one-half of the Workhorsemen revealed that he suffered a severe injury during his match against Brian Keith at a DPW event. It was a broken jaw. Due to this injury, Henry and his tag team partner, JD Drake, will not be able to compete as a team in the upcoming AEW World Tag Team Titles Tournament.

“Update: Absolutely gutted. In last night’s match against Bryan Keith, I took a knee strike that broke my jaw. The #workhorsemen had some exciting things coming up. One of which was the
@AEW tag team tournament, which we can now not be involved in. I will have surgery soon.”

Henry also mentioned that his biggest fear was what the future holds for the Workhorsemen.

“I honestly don’t know how I will take this. I’ve never had an injury like this, I don’t know what to do without wrestling, and my biggest fear is that it derails any upcoming plans for Drake and I. I may be absent from here for a while. I appreciate all the fans who support us!” Anthony Henry tweeted.

Drake also tweeted that their new “Bones Break, But We Don’t” T-shirt is doing well on the website. Anthony Henry also mentioned that he’s happy to see the shirt doing well, because it shows AEW that people are behind them as a team.

“For real. The shirt is doing well. That makes me happy. Wanna see us do things in AEW? I see it online all the time. Proving we have fans that care matters. It shows that we are wanted. If you can, do your part. Thanks to all. All love!

,” Anthony Henry tweeted.
