With less than four hours until game time, the Chicago Bears are continuing to make roster moves in preparation for the game. After downgrading rookie CB Tyrique Stevenson to questionable, the Bears activated a pair of players from the IR. According to Adam Schefter , the Bears activated WR Equanimeous St. Brown and DB Josh Blackwell. Unfortunately for the Bears, RB Khalil Herbert was not activated prior to the game.

In addition to the pair of activations, Micah Baskerville and Stephen Carlson have also been flexed to the active roster from the practice squad. These moves come after the Bears waived a pair of players on Wednesday.

St. Brown will help the Bears immensely in the run game. In addition, he provides further depth at receiver for rookie QB Tyson Bagent. As for Blackwell, his activation is a welcome sign for the Bears' defensive back depth, especially following Stevenson's status change.

Although he practiced in full all week, Khalil Herbert's ankle still appears to be short of 100%. That said, with the "mini bye" coming up, Herbert should be activated for Week 11. Along with Herbert, the Bears should also see Justin Fields return to the field against the Detroit Lions.

The Bears and Carolina Panthers kick off Thursday Night Football at 7:15 p.m. CST. The game will broadcast on Amazon Prime.
