Bears' Jakeem Grant ruled out with concussion suffered vs. Vikings

Hours after Jakeem Grant was named to the 2022 Pro Bowl , the Chicago Bears wide receiver and return specialist was ruled out with a concussion.

Grant, 29, began the season with the Miami Dolphins but was acquired by the Bears in an October trade. He's been a welcomed addition for Chicago and recorded the only punt return touchdown of the NFL season when he took one back 97 yards against the Green Bay Packers.

He attempted to make some magic happen against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 15, but a lengthy return resulted in a one-yard loss.

Grant has six total return touchdowns in his career: four on punts, two on kickoffs. He also has two receiving touchdowns since joining the Bears.
