Bears QB Nick Foles lists Florida home for $1.85 million

Nick Foles is moving out of the state of Florida. The Chicago Bears quarterback has listed his Ponte Vedra Beach home for $1.85 million, according to Mansion Global.

The 5,400 square foot home was built in 2015 and has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a saltwater pool, an outdoor kitchen and bar area, a half basketball court and a putting green, according to Realtor.com.

Foles purchased the home after signing a four-year deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars last offseason, but since he was traded to the Bears this offseason, he won't be spending much time in Florida.

While the 31-year-old may miss the warm weather and the beaches in Florida, he's certainly used to some chilly temperatures after spending five years — and winning a Super Bowl — with the Philadelphia Eagles.
