The legal tampering period started on Monday, which means the Bengals and 31 other NFL teams are trying to upgrade their rosters in free agency. 

Things started early for Cincinnati with wide receiver Tee Higgins formally requesting a trade on Monday morning.

Meanwhile, Joe Burrow was busy training. His trainer Dak Notestine posted a video of Burrow sprinting on Instagram. The 27-year-old continues to recover from wrist surgery and isn't throwing yet, but is making clear progress
