Things started early for Cincinnati with wide receiver Tee Higgins formally requesting a trade on Monday morning.
Meanwhile, Joe Burrow was busy training. His trainer Dak Notestine posted a video of Burrow sprinting on Instagram. The 27-year-old continues to recover from wrist surgery and isn't throwing yet, but is making clear progress.
