The Bengals appear to be going in the right direction, despite posting five straight losing seasons and winning just six games in the last two years.

From drafting Joe Burrow to signing Riley Reiff and snagging Ja'Marr Chase—this roster looks much different than it did when Zac Taylor got to town in 2019.

Despite the changes, the Bengals were 29th in ESPN's future power rankings

They asked their panel of experts—Jeremy Fowler, Louis Riddick, Seth Walder and Field Yates—to rate the outlook of each team for the next three years.

They rated each team's quarterback situation, the roster excluding the quarterback, drafting ability, front office and coaching using this scale:

100: A+ (Elite)
90: A (Great)
80: B (Very good)
70: C (Average)
60: D (Very bad)
50 and below: F (Disastrous)

The Bengals finished with a 68.1 overall score. Their quarterback rating (13th) was their highest mark. The draft was next at 70.5, but it was the 28th best in the league. Their roster was ranked 29th and their coaching and front office were ranked 30th.

At 68.1, the Bengals' outlook for the next three seasons is below average. Only the Eagles, Lions and Texans had a worse overall score.

The Chiefs, Buccaneers, Ravens, Bills and Browns were ranked 1-5, respectively.
