Sunday marks arguably the biggest game of the Buffalo Bills season, as they are set to face the Miami Dolphins in a must-win matchup.

And there is a bit of uncertainty surrounding Josh Allen after the quarterback ran off the field and spoke with training staff in the final minutes of Sunday's win over the New England Patriots. Backup quarterback Kyle Allen finished the game, kneeling for the Bills final two plays.

After the game, Allen confirmed it was just a "little stinger," also saying that he "never felt one of those before so that’s a little funky."

And on Wednesday, ahead of their big game, Allen gave a very positive update.

“It’s good," Allen told reporters about his neck. "Good to go.”

There were clear struggles for Allen and the Bills offense on Sunday, not being able to get much moving on their own. They were mainly helped by the four turnovers from the Patriots.

And while they were able to get the win over New England, a performance like that will certainly not be good enough to get the victory over the Dolphins.

Miami has already clinched a playoff spot, but Buffalo has yet to do so. And along with that, the AFC East crown is up for grabs.

If the Bills win, they are in. But if the lose, there are a few other outcomes that could actually knock them out of the playoffs completely.

So Allen saying that he is good to go is the news the team needed.
