The Buffalo Bills announced Friday that they are making some roster moves in the secondary, as the team is signing cornerback Kyron Brown and waiving cornerback Cameron Dantzler in a corresponding move.

Originally an undrafted free agent with the New York Jets, Brown appeared in three games and made one start for the Jets in 2019, posting all five of his career tackles during that span. He then spent time on the Dallas Cowboys practice squad in 2021 and was elevated before appearing in Dallas' 19-9 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Nov. 2021, contributing on special teams.

He spent training camp with the Cowboys last offseason but was eventually released in Aug. 2022. Brown then signed to the Tennessee Titans practice squad last October.

As for Dantzler, the former Minnesota Vikings' third-round pick signed a one-year deal with the Bills in June.

He had earned a starting role right away in Minnesota, playing in 35 games for the Vikings and making 26 starts.

Last season, Dantzler recorded 50 tackles, five passes defended, three tackles for loss, a fumble recovery and a forced fumble. He finished his Vikings tenure with 149 tackles, 17 passes defended and three interceptions.

But despite his experiecne, the Bills are electing to go with the former undrafted corner. It's possible that Buffalo could look to add Dantzler to the practice squad if he clears waivers.
