Bills TE Dawson Knox suffers broken bone in hand

Late in the third quarter of the Buffalo Bills 34-31 "Monday Night Football" loss to the Tennessee Titans, head coach Sean McDermott employed a Bills Mafia version of the "Buffalo Special." With the Bills trailing 29-24, quarterback Josh Allen lined up in a shotgun formation, took the snap and this is what transpired:

What made the play even more impressive is that the guy who threw the touchdown pass to Allen was tight end Dawson Knox. While it was soon revealed from the ESPN broadcast crew that Knox played quarterback in high school, the 24-year-old also reportedly made the toss to Allen under extremely difficult circumstances:

While Buffalo lost Knox — who leads the team in touchdown receptions with five — in the second half, the Titans certainly didn't come out of the game unscathed.

Now at 4-2, the Bills will get a much-needed bye in Week 7. They'll take on the Miami Dolphins in Week 8.
