Broncos RB coach Curtis Modkins tests positive for COVID-19

The New England Patriots aren't the only team that will be dealing with potential ramifications from the coronavirus at Gillette Stadium on Sunday.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Broncos running backs coach Curtis Modkins has tested positive for COVID-19, which Denver confirmed. He will not be traveling to New England.

The news comes after the Patriots had another player test positive for the virus on Friday.

As of Saturday, the Broncos-Patriots game will still go on as scheduled after the contest was moved around following other positive tests out of New England last week.

If players and/or staff members on either team test positive after the game, the league will be facing some serious backlash for allowing the two sides to compete this week.
