Browns could sign one of NFL's 'most durable' players

The Browns have been among the most active teams in free agency, and they may not be done quite yet.

Cleveland is reportedly hosting free-agent DT Al Woods this week, one of the most durable players over the last decade.

Woods, who just turned 36 in March, has played in at least 12 games for 10 straight seasons. He spent the last three years with the Seahawks where he totaled 121 tackles, 4.5 sacks and four passes defensed.

The former fourth-round pick is certainly nearing the end of his NFL career but if he wants to continue playing, the Browns would be a great option as his sixth team since entering the league in 2010.

Cleveland has been retooling its defensive line, adding DT Dalvin Tomlinson earlier in free agency, so Woods could be used situationally late in his career.

The price would have to be right as the Browns have just under $8 million in cap space, according to Over The Cap, and it doesn't help that Cleveland isn't Woods' only suitor. However, if he wants to join the team, they'll likely be able to work something out.

Plus, as long as Aaron Rodgers is still a Packer, the Browns will likely have an upper hand over the Jets.
