Browns OL Jack Conklin placed back on IR with knee injury
Less than one week after being designated to return from the injured reserve list, Cleveland Browns offensive lineman Jack Conklin is back on the shelf.
Conklin suffered a knee injury in the first quarter of the team's Week 12 "Sunday Night Football" loss to the Baltimore Ravens. The 27-year-old missed Weeks 9, 10 and 11 due to an elbow injury.
The sixth-year pro is in his second year with the Browns. Through his first five seasons -- including 2016 through 2019 with the Tennessee Titans -- Conklin had three years where he played in all 16 contests, one where he appeared in 15 games and in 2018, he played in eight games.
Conklin was named first-team All-Pro in 2016 and 2020.
