The Cleveland Browns signed offensive lineman Joe Haeg and tight end Jesse James on Monday.

In corresponding moves, the Browns released offensive lineman Drew Forbes and linebacker Jordan Kunaszyk.

Both Haeg and James visited the Browns last week.

Haeg, 29, can provide depth with right tackle Jack Conklin still rehabbing from last fall's knee surgery.

Haeg started two of his 12 games last season with the Pittsburgh Steelers, who released him Tuesday.

He has played in 79 games (40 starts) with the Indianapolis Colts (2016-19), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2020) and Steelers. The Colts drafted him in the fifth round in 2016 and he won a Super Bowl with the Buccaneers.

James, 28, slots in behind starter David Njoku and Harrison Bryant. He has 157 career catches and 12 touchdowns in seven seasons with the Steelers (2015-18), Detroit Lions (2019-20) and Chicago Bears (2021).
