The legal tampering period opened at 12:00 PM EST today and, for the Buffalo Bills, they are working with very minimal cap space. As we sit right now, Spotrac has them at $-12M over the salary cap. Obviously, they have some hurdles to work through to be cap compliant before Wednesday, but they will still be active in free agency as they try to replace some of the veterans they lost.

Let’s get right into their signings this year.

OL Dion Dawkins

The three year/$60.5M extension is expected to make Dawkins the fourth highest paid tackle in the league. Dawkins has been a cornerstone of the Bills OL, and is a three time Pro Bowler.

DB Cam Lewis

The Bills signed Cam Lewis to a two year/$4M deal on Monday, keeping depth in their secondary. Lewis provided versatility to the secondary, playing both CB and Safety in his career.
