After being drafted with the No. 1 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, Caitlin Clark jerseys were in VERY high demand.

So much so that according to Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, Clark now has the highest selling jersey on draft night of any athlete in any sport on the night of the draft, per Arash Markazi.

Caitlin Clark has become an inspiration for many and has proved herself to be one heck of a basketball player. She isn't afraid to shoot from anywhere on the court, and more often than not, the shot goes on.

Who wouldn't want an athlete like that on their team? And who wouldn't want to have the jersey of someone with such special talent?

Clark was a large part of the reason for the increased viewership during women's college basketball this past season, with the national championship game having a record 18.9 million viewers.

She has set numerous records during her college career, including scoring 3,951 points — the most ever in NCAA men’s or women’s Division I history. Clark also broke the record for 3-pointers in a single season, and has won numerous different Player of the Year Awards throughout the past two seasons.

After she was drafted, the Indianapolis Colts welcomed Clark to the Circle City with a very kind message. And then once the details of her four-year rookie deal were released, two players came to her defense, agreeing with others that they deserved to be paid much more.

The fanbase for women's basketball is continuing to grow and if Clark's jersey sales are any indication, then things are looking up.
