The Arizona Cardinals are bringing back former starting left guard Elijah Wilkinson, per the player's instagram account.

Wilkinson is the second player to announce he's re-signing with the team on Instagram after LB Krys Barnes did so previously in the free agency period.

Arizona has also reportedly brought back Trystan Colon, Blake Gillikin, L.J. Collier, Greg Dortch, Carter O'Donnell and Jesse Luketa.

Wilkinson - 29 years old - started nine of the ten games he played in last year for Arizona. He initially entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2017 with the Denver Broncos and spent time with the Chicago Bears and Atlanta Falcons before the Cardinals signed him last April.

Arizona has been heralded by numerous analysts to potentially pursue a guard in free agency, though the market has been fairly high for some of the top names. Now, the Cardinals could settle on Wilkinson as their guy heading into 2024 similar to last season while a potential upgrade to left tackle D.J. Humphries still looms.

New signings for the organization thus far include DeeJay Dallas, Sean Murphy-Bunting, Bilal Nichols, Mack Wilson and Justin Jones.

The Cardinals still have over $40 million in cap space.
