Cardinals QB Kyler Murray has sprained AC joint, not expected to miss time

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray nearly beat Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night. Unfortunately, the reigning Rookie of the Year's squad fell 28-21, and he sustained an injury during the matchup.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Murray sprained the AC joint in his shoulder against the Seahawks. He's not expected to miss any time.

Murray could be seen throughout Thursday's matchup against the Seahawks favoring his shoulder. However, he didn't miss a single snap.

The 23-year-old is having a tremendous season for the Cardinals. He has led Arizona to a 6-4 record while completing 68.3% of his passes for 2,644 yards and 19 touchdowns against eight interceptions. He also has 619 yards and 10 touchdowns rushing.

Murray currently is on pace to become the first player ever to record 4,000 passing yards and 1,000 rushing yards in a season. He has six more contests to make it happen.
