Imagine winning a Super Bowl with a team, leaving that team, the team you left then makes it to another one and winning the Super Bowl without you while you are at home in February the last four years, yet the team you are currently on is way better than the one you were previously on.

Let me remind you, the one that the player is currently on has had no real success compared to the Chiefs - not even close.

That's basically what the 49ers' current cornerback, Charvarius Ward, said as he played for the Chiefs from 2018 to 2021. He has been on the 49ers for two years.

Ward was a huge part of the Chiefs' defense when he was in Kansas City, and he was loved by the fans, which is another reason why it's so weird he is taking shots at the Chiefs.

During Super Bowl Opening Night, Ward was asked which team he likes being on better, and he said the 49ers, which he's supposed to say that because he is on the 49ers. However, the professional thing to do would have been to stop there or even mention how he loved his time in Kansas City.

Instead, Ward was blunt.

"It's better over here. It's better over here in every way possible," Ward told the media.

If not winning Super Bowls is better than winning them, and that's your thing, suit yourself, Charvarius.

If the Chiefs win on Sunday, he may be rethinking what he said. I guess that's just part of the Chiefs being the villains.
