Chiefs' JuJu Smith-Schuster and Eagles' AJ Brown exchange disses on Twitter after Super Bowl
No love between these two on Valentine's Day.
Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster decided to further salt the wounds of his Super Bowl LVII opponent today.
The 26-year-old tweeted a picture of Eagles cornerback James Bradberry on a Valentine's Day card captioned, "I'll hold you when it matters most."
Bradberry was penalized for holding Smith-Schuster on Kansas City’s game-winning drive. The cornerback later admitted to the controversial call.
Eagles WR AJ Brown quickly responded to the troll, firing off a load of insults at Smith-Schuster. But not before, of course, congratulating him.
Brown called Smith-Schuster “Tik-Tok boy,” claimed Patrick Mahomes “resurrected” his career and essentially said he wasn’t about that life.
The Chiefs receiver has been criticized before for his viral Tik-Tok dances before.
Smith-Schuster responded minutes later.
Both receivers contributed in the big game. Brown posted six catches for 96 yards and a touchdown. Smith-Schuster had a team-high seven catches for 53 yards.
But the two could still learn a thing from the Kelce brothers.
