ESPN analyst and former NFL quarterback Dan Orlovsky showed that he still has some juice in his right arm at the NFL Pro Bowl Games.

Orlovsky took part in the precision passing drill as he tried hitting several targets, all of which had a different point value.

The former NFL quarterback managed to total 27 points for his efforts (32 won the event last season) as he beat out current quarterbacks Baker Mayfield (24 points) and C.J. Stroud (26). Not bad for a former player who hasn't played in meaningful action since 2015.

But not everyone was impressed with Dan's efforts, as Chris "Mad Dog" Russo gave his scathing thoughts on his colleague's performance.

“Yeah I want to say something,” Russo said with a sneaky grin on ESPN's First Take. “Indoors, with a pair of pants on, tossing a football around, who cares. That’s like Steve [Stephen A. Smith] making 15 free throws in an empty gym and then goes into a ball game and is four for 10 at the line with the game on the line. I could do this, this is not that difficult, hand me the ball. This is ridiculous, he was a scrub in the NFL, this does not make up for that.”

Now, whether or not Russo's comments were meant in fun or not, Orlovsky heard and chose to respond on X.

So the next First Take episode that has Dan and Russo on will make for interesting viewing as "Mad Dog" didn't pull any punches when evaluating Orlovsky's skills in the precision passing drill.

Whatever one thinks of Orlovsky, to be able to beat out current NFL quarterbacks in a game of fun is still no mean feat...despite what Russo says.
