Colts All-Pro G Quenton Nelson suffers high ankle sprain against Titans

Indianapolis Colts guard Quenton Nelson is believed to have suffered a high ankle sprain in Sunday's 25-16 loss to the Tennessee Titans, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Nelson's X-rays reportedly came back negative, and he'll undergo further tests to determine the extent of the injury.

Nelson was hurt in the second quarter of Sunday's game. He was able to walk off the field but needed the cart to get to the locker room.

The 25-year-old has already missed time this season after undergoing foot surgery during training camp. However, he was able to return in time for Week 1.

Indy's offensive line was already banged up before Nelson's injury, with Braden Smith out for a second straight week due to a foot injury.

Colts rookie defensive end Kwity Paye also exited Sunday's game with a hamstring injury and did not return.

The Colts are now 0-3 on the season with Sunday's loss to the Titans.
