The stakes are as high as they can get for the Indianapolis Colts Week 18 matchup with the Houston Texans.

This fact isn't something that one of the most respected broadcasters in the NFL is blind to ahead of being in the booth for the game.

Joe Buck and Hall of Fame QB Troy Aikman will be on the call this week. As Buck said, this is essentially a playoff game, as the winner will punch their ticket to the postseason. And the loser will be heading home empty-handed as their season will come to an end.

This will be the first time Buck and Aikman call a Colts game this season. The duo normally calls Monday Night Football, which the Colts have not been on this season. Last year, both of the Colts home primetime games came on Monday Night Football. But that team and this team is a complete 180.

Buck and Aikman are one of the better broadcast duos for the game of football, which should only add to the drama and intensity of this week's game with the Texans.
