Cut to the Chase: Bengals win AFC North behind Ja'Marr's career day

The Cincinnati Bengals are AFC North champions after beating the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 17, 34-31, and it's largely due to a record-breaking day from wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase.

Chase, 21, had one of the best receiving performances in NFL history with 11 receptions for 266 yards and three touchdowns. The receiving yardage total was a franchise record, the 15th-most for a player in an NFL game and a record for a rookie.

In addition to his big single-game performance, Chase also tied a record with his fourth and fifth touchdowns of at least 50 yards on the year. Only Randy Moss, who earned Offensive Rookie of the Year honors in 1998, had as many deep touchdown receptions before turning 22 years old.

Throwing the ball in Chase's direction was Joe Burrow, who followed up his monstrous performance against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 16 with another big day against the Chiefs. Burrow finished with 446 passing yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions.

The concern for the Bengals is the health of Burrow, however. In the final minute of the game, Burrow appeared to injure his knee and exited the game. Backup quarterback Brandon Allen came in to kneel twice and set up a chip shot field goal from Evan McPherson to win.
