Bengals legend Ken Anderson won't be inducted into the Hall of Fame this year, but that doesn't mean it won't happen in the near future.

Former Chargers quarterback and Hall of Famer Dan Fouts gave Anderson his endorsement in a recent interview with Bengal Jim and Friends.

"I firmly believe that Kenny Anderson is a Hall of Famer," Fouts said. "I have a tremendous amount of respect for Kenny. Having played against him numerous times, always knowing that he was going to give it his very best and I had to try to match that. Often times we got into some real shoot outs and it was always a pleasure after those shoot outs, win or lose, either side, talking to Kenny after the game and shaking his hand because of the respect I have for the guy that should be a Pro Football Hall of Famer."

Bengals legendary cornerback Ken Riley will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in August, joining Anthony Munoz as the only two players in franchise history to make it to Canton.

Anderson could be next on the list. Jim is holding a special "Jungle to the Hall" event on Saturday, June 10 at 1 p.m. in downtown Cincinnati. For more details, go here.
