It looks like Danica Patrick celebrated boyfriend Aaron Rodgers’ huge contract extension with a bit of the bubbly, according to her Instagram story.

Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers at long last came to terms on a four-year extension worth upwards of $134 million. “Big day,”  Patrick wrote for the Instagram story, along with hearts in Packers green and yellow.

The image featured a bottle of Armand De Brignac Brut Gold champagne engraved with “Aaron Rodgers — Green Bay Packers” amid scattered balloons, again of course in Packers colors.

Rodgers also took to Instagram to celebrate the huge deal and express gratitude to the Packers organizations and former teammates.

Patrick confirmed her relationship with Rodgers in January. Interestingly, the retired race car driver was once a Chicago Bears fan but not surprisingly has since switched allegiances to her former favorite team’s longtime rival.

On an amusing note, it appears some media outlets for some reason opted to troll Rodgers about the contract extension by referring to him only as Patrick’s boyfriend.

Zing!
