The Las Vegas Raiders won in overtime for the second consecutive week after defeating the Seattle Seahawks, 40-34, at Lumen Field. The team was coming off a thrilling comeback victory against the Denver Broncos on the road.

Josh Jacobs had a historic day, rushing for a franchise-record 229 yards and two touchdowns, including his game-winning 86-yard score. He also caught six passes for 74 yards, finishing with 303 total yards from scrimmage.

The Raiders improved to 4-7 with the victory and have their first winning streak of the season as they prepare for a Week 13 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Davante Adams praised his teammates after the game and believes they are learning how to play together, via Raiders.com:

“This shows that this team knows how to fight through adversity. We’re learning how to play and how to finish games.”

The Raiders seem to be showing some life after a rough start to the season that saw them lose seven of their first nine games.

As they were struggling, many fans called for head coach Josh McDaniels to be fired. It prompted Raiders owner Mark Davis to give McDaniels a vote of confidence.

Derek Carr and several other players appreciated that gesture, and it appears they have finally put that drama behind them and are playing more as a team, which has translated to better results.
